Overview

Pi-Cardia is a medical device company developing innovative, non-implant-based solutions for treating calcified cardiovascular diseases.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Boston team.

This is an hourly, flexible hybrid position (approximately 2025 hours per week), reporting to the Executive Programs Director , with the potential to expand into a full-time role . The position is primarily remote, with the ability to come into the office as needed.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the leadership team
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient schedules
  • Support expense reporting, vendor invoices, and finance follow-ups
  • Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in organizing internal meetings and small team events
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes
