About the job Administrative Assistant Remote

We are looking for a personnel assistant to perform a variety of general personnel clerical tasks in such areas as employee record Work at your convenience and earn $670 weekly. It's a Flexible part-time job. All the tasks are work from home/on campus job, you don't need to travel somewhere and also you don't need to have a car to get started. Please find the position and some basic information below.

Position: Part- Time Personal Assistant

Type: Part-Time Job

Hours: Average of 3-6hrs weekly

This position will be home-based and flexible part time job, You can be working from home, School or any location

Application will be received and you will get a response between 2- 24 hours.

Job Placement & Student Services

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordination of appointments
• Calendar management
• Involvement with special projects related to the household
• Paying bills
• Manage all incoming and outgoing communications

Qualifications

• Someone who practices good boundaries
• Highly relational
• Must be able to take direction (both specific and utilizing best judgement)
• Proactive - yet knows when to ask for direction and when to take action
• Anticipates needs and takes initiative
• Ability to handle and protect confidential information with the highest level of discretion
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
