Entech is seeking a highly motivated and creative Lead Python AWS Developer to join our AI Development team. You will work on the cutting edge technology of enterprise artificial Intelligence, helping to prototype and build applications for the advisors. This is a hybrid role that involves working onsite in Malvern, PA, 3 days per week.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Senior Product Manager on end objectives to help design and iterate on end-client products.
• Explore new AI models, frameworks, and techniques to solve challenging problems.
• Build Proofs-of-Concepts that can scale into production level tools.
• Analyze experimental results, document findings, and suggest next steps.
• Stay current with the latest industry breakthroughs.
• Help compare vendors and solutions to inform roadmaps.
• required experience: 10-12 years

Qualifications :

• Strong programming skills in python
• Experience building and consuming APIs; familiarity with cloud platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with working on LLMS, generative models, or reinforcement learning
• Experience with prompt engineering or fine-tuning models
