Design React JS based components for customer facing applications. Understand existing flows and modernize using cloud-based technologies like AWS, React, Spring Boot. Collaborate within and outside team to design and develop solutions, analyze, and fix issues. Execute software solutions, design, develop, and troubleshoot technically with innovative approaches to build solutions or resolve problems. Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms synchronized with appropriate systems. Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met during development. Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reports from large, diverse data sets to improve software applications and systems. Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture. Contribute to software engineering communities and explore emerging technologies. Promote a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience. Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Deep knowledge of React JS, TypeScript, Websockets, NodeJS. Experience with state management in React. Experience with automation testing frameworks like Cucumber, Jest, Cypress, Storybook. Experience with service workers, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace. Proficiency in AWS services such as ECS, S3, ALB, NLB, Lambda. Knowledge of OS scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash. Understanding of loosely coupled architecture and design patterns. Solid understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Experience with micro frontends, CEN/XFS APIs, Terraform. Exposure to Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, DynamoDB, Aurora. Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, CloudWatch, Open Telemetry. Nice to have skills: Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, AWS, Spring, Spring Boot, scripting experience. Role ratio: 80% frontend / 20% backend.
