Job Location - 1 Campus Drive, Parsippany, New Jersey, 07054 || 4 days Onsite

Hours/Week: 30 hours per week. Hours/days will depend on production schedule

Location: office location will be 1 Campus Drive Parsippany, NJ 07054

Working Schedule: the selected candidate will need to work on-site following the Hybrid 4:1 schedule for days in-office

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Film/Video Industry experience/skills/aptitude is very important, this is higher level position
• Television background is preferred
• Well versed with being on-set, with a technical understanding of Studio productions
• Leading productions/campaign shoots with 15-20 people
• Working on Location, with models/actors. Working with townships on property releases
• Travel will be 50% for this role! Mostly 1 hour or so from HQ, but the must be willing to travel throughout the US

Team Overview

The Media Production Team is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that communicates messages, enhances storytelling, and supports various business initiatives across different business units. The work includes video production, photography, and motion graphics, which are key to engaging audiences and reinforcing brand messaging.

Job Summary

The Senior Producer will be responsible for keeping video & photo productions moving down the pipeline. They will track the production budget and schedule the necessary crew members for video and photo shoots. They will play the important role of overseeing operations on the day of the production. They will ensure smooth operations between production & clients and make sure we are staying within budget. Travel is required for this role as our productions take place all over the country.

Essential Duties:

• Works closely with the Production Managers to manage video productions.
• Ensures the seamless execution of projects from pre-production to post-production.
• Maintain a high standard of quality across all content, ensuring consistency with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
• Develops shotlists and budgets ensuring cost-effective solutions for each production.
• Attends meetings, interprets briefs, and clearly communicates client needs to the Media Production Team.
• Partners with Creative, Marketing, Packaging, and Project Management teams to align on project goals, budget, timelines, creative vision and deliverables.
• Collaborates with the Production Managers to develop a pre-production plan that works within the allotted budget and timeframe.
• Acts as the on-set liaison between client and producers for all productions.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors degree
• 4+ years of professional experience in media production
• Diplomatic and excellent communication

Qualifications Preferred:

• The ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and responsibilities
• Proven track record of leading video productions
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and perform tasks independently while collaborating with multiple groups and individuals
• Proficient in Google Suite

Travel Requirements: 50%
