Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated tax professionals to deliver quality tax services.
• Prepare individual, business, and trust tax returns , including:
  • Partnerships (LLP, LLC), C-Corps, S-Corps, Estates, and Trusts .
• Assist in tax planning and income tax projections for clients.
• Conduct tax research and apply findings to complex client scenarios.
• Utilize technology and workflow management systems to improve efficiency.
• Provide exceptional client service , ensuring responsiveness and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting ; CPA preferred or in progress.
• At least 5 years of tax preparation experience .
• Expertise in preparing individual, trust, and pass-through entity tax returns .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills .
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in tax compliance.
• Experience working in a paperless office environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including complex spreadsheets and formulas.
• CCH ProSystem FX Tax software proficiency required .
• Passion for learning, staying current on tax laws, and increasing technical expertise.

• Tax Season Bonus – Opportunity to earn up to $5,000 per year .
